Terms and Conditions

These terms explain the rules for using ASTRAL ORIGIN. By using our site and our charts, you accept what is stated here.

What we offer

We offer astrological charts: personal reports generated from birth details, with the positions of the sky calculated using real astronomical ephemerides and an astrological reading written on that basis. The reports are intended for self-knowledge and reflection. They are not a medical or psychological diagnosis, they are not science and they do not predict the future.

Proper use

• Use the service honestly and for yourself or your family.
• Include other people's details (your partner, your children) only if you have the right to do so.
• Do not copy or resell our reports.
• Do not use the site to harm others or our systems.

Account and personal link

When you finish, you receive a personal link to your chart. Keep it safe. It is your responsibility not to share it with anyone you don't want to.

Free access and payments

Calculating your sky is free and requires no card. The full chart can be unlocked, if you wish, with a one-time payment — no subscription — through a secure payment gateway; the conditions are shown on your results screen before you decide. Full access is activated after payment.

Refunds

7-day guarantee. Payment is processed through Hotmart and comes with a 7-calendar-day guarantee counted from the date of purchase: if your chart doesn't work for you, within that period you can request a 100% refund of your payment from your purchase in Hotmart (the link is in Hotmart's confirmation email). If you need help, write to us at [email protected]. The refund is issued by Hotmart to the same payment method; when it shows up depends on your bank.

Intellectual property

The method, texts, design and brand belong to ASTRAL ORIGIN. Your report is for your personal use.

Limitation of liability

We do our best, but the service is provided “as is.” An astrological chart is an interpretation, not a promise: we do not guarantee specific results in your life. The decisions you make are your own.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version here, with its date.
